Bayern Munich board member Max Eberl remains cautious about his future at the club, amidst speculation over a contract extension. "That's not my task. My task is to do my job. I've been doing that for over two years now: building a squad that can bring success, with players with whom we can identify, playing football that people enjoy watching. That's my task. And then a decision will be made about me. But that's not our topic today," said Eberl, when directly asked about his future and his expiring contract next year. The 52-year-old Eberl was described by Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg as likely to remain at Bayern Munich. The board members are pleased with the summer transfer business that has already been completed. In addition to the two new signings, Ismael Saibari from PSV Eindhoven and Nathaniel Brown from Eintracht Frankfurt, Bara Sapoko Ndiaye was also signed on his first professional contract with the club. Currently, Lennart Karl and Serge Gnabry are injured.
