Bayern Munich to host Team Day on campus
On August 17, FC Bayern Munich will open its doors for Team Day at the FC Bayern Campus. The champion men's and women's teams, returning from their Asian tours, will offer fans the chance to watch public trainings live. Interactive events will also feature teams of players, content creators, and fans competing against each other. Currently sidelined due to injury: Lennart Karl and Serge Gnabry.
What can fans expect?
Fans can secure one of the 2000 available tickets for the 12-hour event. Those unable to attend in person can watch the free streams on Twitch and YouTube, moderated by Lukas and Ersin, starting at 12:00 PM local time (6:00 AM Eastern US). The streams will include live trainings, other events, and behind-the-scenes content.
Why is Team Day important?
Team Day kicks off the new season. The Bayern women will begin their Frauen-Bundesliga campaign the following Friday in Berlin against 1. FC Union Berlin. The men will travel to Dortmund to face BVB in the Supercup the next day.
