Bayern Munich captain Manuel Neuer has not made a decision on whether he will retire after the season. In an interview, Neuer said that the probability is high, but not 100% certain. The goalkeeper has in the past announced that he would not play international football, but then still returned for the 2026 World Cup. Now, Neuer will not say that this will be his last year at Bayern Munich. It is not yet clear what Neuer will do in the future. If he has another standout season, he might possibly stay another year. The club and the fans would be happy if Neuer stayed another year at Bayern Munich.
