FC Bayern Munich supports Lennart Karl in his comeback after the muscle tear. The German national player will be supported in his comeback with everything he needs. Lennart Karl suffered a muscle tear in his left anterior thigh during training in the USA and cannot participate in the tournament. The 18-year-old had celebrated his debut in the German national team in March. He has worn the DFB jersey three times so far and is one of seven players from FC Bayern nominated by national coach Julian Nagelsmann for the tournament starting on Thursday. The Munich players Manuel Neuer, Jonathan Tah, Aleks Pavlović, Joshua Kimmich, Leon Goretzka and Jamal Musiala are also in the squad. Sport director Max Eberl says: „Lenny will get all the support from FC Bayern to be able to stand on the pitch again soon - and we all know that he still has many big tournaments ahead of him. He himself is already looking forward and says he will come back stronger. That's what I like about him, and that's the spirit we need in such moments.“
