Jamal Musiala, once the fun and talented newcomer at Bayern Munich who distinguished himself through his impressive skills on the attack, is now one of the club's most important players. He wore the famous number 42, but now wears number 10 both for the team and his country and has become one of the highest earners in the squad. With this added responsibility comes more pressure that Musiala must manage to maintain his performance.
In an interview with Sport Bild (as reported by @iMiaSanMia), the young star explains how he deals with the pressure:
"I don't need external pressure because I put enough pressure on myself. What I say about myself carries more weight than what others say. This naturally influences my self-image. When I make a mistake and dwell too much on it, it doesn't help me. I try to stay calm and keep a cool head.
Bayern hopes that Musiala can use this cool head to boost his performance in the 2026/27 season.
