Legal Dispute Over Trees
Bayern Munich supervisory board member Uli Hoeneß is facing court action after a neighbour sued him over two trees planted on his property in Bad Wiessee. The neighbour, whose land lies to the south of Hoeneß’s property, claims the trees were planted in an area where planting is prohibited.

Hoeneß disputes this interpretation, asserting that the area in question does not fall within the restricted zone. The case is scheduled to be heard at the Munich II Regional Court next Thursday. The dispute ultimately comes down to whether the two trees were planted in a permissible area.
Hoeneß’s Response
Hoeneß has declined to comment ahead of the hearing. He has stated that he will not discuss the allegations until the court reviews the matter. Despite his decades of experience dealing with larger issues surrounding the club and German football, this case is unusually small.
The case illustrates that even influential figures like Hoeneß can be confronted with everyday legal matters. The court will decide whether the neighbour’s objections have legal merit. The hearing is set for next Thursday at the Munich II Regional Court.
