The Opponent
Auckland City is not a professional club like Bayern Munich. The footballers of the New Zealand record champions have to work on the side and could not keep up with the superiority of the Bavarians.
The First Half
The 1-0 goal was scored after six minutes from a corner, with Kingsley Coman as the scorer. Sacha Boey, Michael Olise, and Coman again made sure that the game was all but decided after 20 minutes.
