Bayern Munich's sporting director Max Eberl has made it clear that there will be no deal with Aston Villa for João Palhinha. The Bavarians want to sell the Portuguese permanently, not loan him out. Eberl confirmed that Aston Villa had made contact, but the conditions do not match. "We are not in a position to submit to others," he emphasized. Palhinha had already agreed to contract terms with the English club, but the deal fell through due to the rejection of a permanent transfer.
What about Bryan Zaragoza and Sacha Boey?
There is still no solution for Zaragoza and Boey either. The Spaniard rejected an offer from the Middle East and prefers a move to his homeland. Boey could return to Galatasaray on loan, but the Turkish club wants to keep its foreign player spots free for other transfers.

Eberl remains optimistic: "There is movement, but no concrete announcements yet." The transfer window closes on September 1 at 8 PM. If no deal is reached, the players will stay at Bayern, but without playing time under coach Vincent Kompany.
