Bayern Munich has cut Sacha Boey from the squad. The Frenchman was not in the matchday squad for the 2:1 Supercup win at Borussia Dortmund. The record champion is thus intensifying its tough course with Boey even further. The 25-year-old was already informed several weeks ago that he would no longer play a role in the plans of coach Vincent Kompany, despite having a contract until 2028. The decision by sporting director Max Eberl shows that the club does not plan to use the defender and is instead relying on other players. Boey can now look for a new club. The Frenchman's market value is 10 million euros. Bayern Munich has already played several test matches and Boey was used in these games. But just in time for the first competitive game of the new season, Bayern is now taking a even harder line with Boey's squad deletion.
