Karl scored in the 26th minute following an assist from Kane, who then netted the winner himself in the 72nd minute from an Aleksandar Pavlović pass. That goalscoring threat will be needed against a Union Berlin side that lost 3-1 to Schalke last weekend and suffered a 4-0 defeat in Leverkusen.
