Michael Olise has reportedly secured a lucrative endorsement deal with Nike. The 24-year-old Bayern Munich attacker could play a central role in the sportswear giant's planned revival of its Hypervenom line.
The deal has not been officially confirmed. It is said to bring Olise, who has scored four goals in five appearances this season, a substantial sum. The Frenchman has worn older Nike models in the past, including the Hypervenom Phantom III, which was discontinued in 2018. For the 2026/27 Oktoberfest kit, he even had a matching black variant of the boot customised.
Nike Plans Hypervenom Comeback
Nike plans to phase out the Phantom line by 2027 and relaunch the Hypervenom series. Olise is understood to be a key figure for this revival. Back in June 2026, he tested a completely white prototype of the expected 2027 Hypervenom model in training. The move comes as Kylian Mbappé ended his ten-year partnership with Nike, switching to Swiss brand On. Mbappé reportedly earned around 185 million euros from that deal.
Private Deals Common at Bayern
The agreement does not conflict with Bayern Munich's long-standing kit supplier deal with Adidas. The club continues to be outfitted by Adidas, which also holds shares in FC Bayern München AG. It is now common for Bayern professionals to have private sponsorship deals with other brands. Jamal Musiala is under contract with Nike, while Harry Kane works with Skechers.
For Olise, currently the team's top scorer with four goals this term, the deal would be another career boost. The team faces RB Leipzig at home on Wednesday, having won just one of their last five matches. The senior squad and upcoming schedule can be found on our squad and fixtures pages.
